Ladder Safety Inserts

The tag holder should be permanently fixed to the ladder in a suitable safe place. Perform an inspection of the ladder and record the result on the tag. If the ladder fails the inspection remove insert and inform a supervisor.

A checklist is also printed on the reverse of the tag to aid in inspection.

All ladder safety inserts are for use with the large tag holder.
