Ladder Safety Tag Kit

The Ladder Safety Tag Kit includes 10 holders, 10 inserts and 1 pen.

The tag holder should be permanently fixed to the ladder in a suitable safe place. Perform an inspection of the ladder and record the result on the tag. If the ladder fails the inspection remove insert and inform a supervisor.

A checklist is also printed on the reverse to aid in inspection.
