Labelling

Earlsmere have a fully equipped label production facility, offering a wide range of Self-adhesive label sizes, in a variety of material substrates supplied “On Rolls”. Labels can be plain or printed to customer requirements. Earlsmere offer a “Digital” print service for low run requirements in multi-colour print.

Hand Arm Vibration and Noise Testing

Our fully qualified test team offer On Site testing to ensure all aspects of the HSE requirements are met. Full reports are provided with accurate levels of vibration recorded in actual use.
To compliment this service Earlsmere offer it’s Limpet on tool vibration monitor. Limpet comes with RFID enabled holder and is available in Android or IOS Apps.

Safety Tags and Labels

The Handy Tag range covers all aspects of industries requirements. In a range of hard wearing polyurethane material with laser printed graphic and text or alternatively in over laminated vinyl material. Choose from our standard range or request our Bespoke service.
 

RFID Identification

Earlsmere have been involved in RFID identification from the early 1980’s. With a comprehensive rage and sizes of tags we can offer full solutions including Tags, Readers and Software. Tags are available in HF and UHF frequency.
Our RFID cable ties allow for tracking and tracing of “Metal” items such as shackles and harnesses. Available in HF and UHF.

Software

TOOLMINDER a fully versatile package allowing, full asset tracking and monitoring. Such as, Next Test due date, Service scheduling, Location of asset and much more. Single user and multi user licences available.

Pat testing

When used with the Megger 400/450, Toolminder automatically instructs the PAT tester which test sequences to perform, automatically stores the results in real time and prints a pass label and test certificate.  Over 500+ system installed in the Hire Industry.
