Labelling
Earlsmere have a fully equipped label production facility, offering a wide range of self-adhesive label sizes, in a variety of material substrates supplied on rolls. Labels can be plain or printed to customer requirements. Our label production is equipped with six presses, ranging from plain label makers to full-colour digital presses. With a choice of over 300 standard label sizes to choose from, origination costs are minimal. Labels are available in many choices of material, such as matt vellum, high gloss finish thermal transfer, direct thermal and many more substrates - with choices of adhesive from peelable, semi-permanent and permanent. We are able to advise on the selection of material and adhesives to suit your requirements.
We also offer a bespoke digital print service for low run requirements in multi-colour print.
Hand-Arm Vibration, Whole Body Vibration & Noise Testing
Earlsmere are the UK's leading provider for vibration and noise management solutions to all industry sectors, with a range of innovative products and services designed to control, manage and reduce Hand-Arm Vibration (HAV), Whole Body Vibration (WBV) and Noise exposure. We offer a full on-site testing service. The testing service is carried out using methods detailed in ISO 5349 and can cover both Hand-Arm and Whole-Body vibration. Upon completion of the testing, a full and detailed report is provided. Earlsmere are proud to have a number of highly skilled and dedicated test engineers, which helps us to provide a professional and personalised service matched by no other.
Safety Tags - HandyTag®
The HandyTag® range covers all aspects of industry requirements; with a range of hard-wearing polyurethane material, laser printed graphic and text, or in over-laminated vinyl material. Choose from our standard range or request our bespoke service.
All tags are manufactured in-house via our "top-of-the range" industrial printers. We pride ourselves on having the expertise to provide bespoke designs; such as logos, double-sided print and more.
RFID Identification
Earlsmere have been involved in RFID identification from the early 1980’s. With a comprehensive range and sizes of tags, we can offer full solutions including tags, readers and software. Tags are available in HF and UHF frequency.
Our market leading RFID cable ties allow for tracking and tracing of metal items; such as shackles and harnesses. Available in HF and UHF.
Software
TOOLMINDER® a fully versatile package allowing, full asset tracking and monitoring. Such as, next test due date, service scheduling, location of asset and much more. Single user and multi user licences available.
As the world technology developed, Toolminder has been optimised for mobile devices. It is very popular with the grounds maintenance industry, allowing for HAVS monitoring and service scheduling.
PAT Testing - Direct Connect
Toolminder® has been adapted for the hire industry, using our "Direct Connect" system. When used with the Megger PAT400/450, Toolminder automatically instructs the PAT tester which test sequences to perform, automatically stores the results in real time and prints a pass label and test certificate.
Over 500 systems have been installed in the hire industry within the past 10 years.
