Full Compliance & Certification
Earlsmere will ensure that you fully comply with the relevant legislation, whether in the UK or EU. We first discuss your requirements, identify the relevant articles before finally putting together an action plan. We provide a Declaration of Conformity upon completion, to be used within your user manual.
Product Safety Testing
Where applicable, Earlsmere consultants will audit your products and carry out the necessary tests.
Technical Construction File
Earlsmere will compile the technichal construction file where applicable, and hold it securely on file. This means you do not have to worry about the unlikely event of any challenges, we will take care of it.
Your Authorised Representative
We act as your UK and/or EU authorised representative. Being established both in the UK & EU enables us to provide you with a cost-effective service for the UK & EU market. In the event that you need Notified Body Approval, Earlsmere have close relationships with trusted and long-established Notified Bodies in the UK and Europe.
