Labelling
Earlsmere have a fully equipped label production facility, offering a wide range of self-adhesive label sizes, in a variety of material substrates supplied on rolls. Labels can be plain or printed to customer requirements. Earlsmere offer a digital print service for low run requirements in multi-colour print.
Our label production is equipped with six presses, ranging from plain label makers to full-colour digital presses. With a choice of over 300 standard label sizes to choose from, origination costs are minimal. Labels are available in many choices of material, such as matt vellum, high gloss finish thermal transfer, direct thermal and many more substrates - with choices of adhesive from peelable, semi-permanent and permanent. We are able to advise on the selection of material and adhesives to suit your requirements.
Thermal Transfer
Earlsmere supply blank self-adhesive labels, on rolls or fan-folded, suitable for use with all standard Thermal Transfer Printers. We can provide our customers with a choice of label sizes with next day delivery and high quality customer service. Manufactured in the UK we only use high quality materials, and offer a wide range of materials and adhesives. We have approximately 300 different sizes available across a range of materials.
Direct Thermal
Earlsmere offer high quality Direct Thermal Labels, for use on most standard Direct Thermal Printers, these are ideal for labels with a short shelf life such as shipping labels or best before dates.

Digital Print Service
Earlsmere have a high quality digital label printer from Afinia. This gives us the ability to offer high quality, low volume bespoke labels at a competitive price - produced on a variety of materials for all industry sectors.
