Forklift Safety Tag Kit

Forklift Safety Tag Kit includes 10 Holders, 10 Inserts and 1 Pen.

An employer must ensure that a forklift is safe to use and that all forklifts are checked by a competent person prior to use for any damage, faults or wear.
Our forklift tags a printed double sided, with a list of all basic safety checks to be carried out listed on the back. Results of these checks can then be recorded on the front of a the tag.

The Forklift Safety Tag inserts are designed for use with the max  tag holder. This holder should be fitted permanently at the point of access to the forklift. If the forklift is safe to use the insert can be slid into the holder with the signature side showing. When removed, the holder will display the 'Do not use this equipment' message.
