A4 Weekly Vibration Log Book (2000 Points)

The A4 weekly employee exposure recording log book is best suited to staff using up to 5 items of hand held power tooling per day, maximum points usage of 400 per day / 2000 points per week.(ELV)

Please note that employees should work to the lowest level of vibration possible, the action value level is 100 points per day / 500 points per week.

Log book includes 50 duplicate sheets per book, which allows 50 weeks of recording employee exposure.
