Shipping & Return

Like our other range of printed, resilient tags, the flexi tag can be attached to an asset to display a range of information. However, this tag differs in that it features a long neck design.

 

The flexible nature of the tag means it can be comfortably fitted to an object that a conventional tag would not be able to, with the added benefit of not needing a separate fixture.

Shipping

Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We always aim to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible.

Our range of print-to-order tags and labels may take up to 7-14 working days with a range of delivery options dependant on the size of the order. If any products ordered are out of stock or need ordering, we will contact you with an expected delivery date. We also aim to deliver these products within 5-10 working days. Please note, all delivery dates are estimates only and depend on a number of factors. In the event that we anticipate a late delivery, we will do our best to contact you.

For International Orders 

Please note that all orders shipped under the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms are not subject to any pre-paid customs duties or import taxes at the time of purchase. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes upon arrival of the shipment in your country.

The carrier will contact you to facilitate the payment of these fees before the release or delivery of your goods. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, refusal of delivery, or the return of the goods to the sender. We are not liable for any such delays or additional costs incurred.
